"You have wonderful people on your staff. We are elated with the Star VStar Silverado that we purchased. It is a fun bike to ride. However, you should carry and offer ALL of the finance options that Yamaha lists on their website. We almost did not buy the bike from you due to the lack of the 6.9% financing promotion that Yamaha lists on their website and you do not offer that option. "

I decided to shop you guys and have you change my front and rear tires. Your service and parts people Becky and John were fantastic. Going above and beyond to inform, locate and update the bike, information with Yamaha and even located a blank key for me. Your mechanic also was great. Very personable, attention to details and gave instruction on care and maintainence for spoke wheels and recalls.
